Order Processing Time
Due to high order volume, please allow 7–14 business days for your order to be processed and dispatched. Each piece is handled with care to ensure it meets our quality standards before it leaves our studio.

Pre-Order Items
Products labeled as PRE-ORDER require additional production time. These items ship within 6–8 weeks from the date of purchase. Pre-orders are made in limited quantities and crafted specifically for you — thank you for your patience.

Shipping & Delivery
Once dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Delivery times vary depending on the destination and carrier. Alexandria is not responsible for delays caused by customs, weather conditions, or carrier-related issues.

Duties, Taxes & Import Fees
For international orders, all duties, import taxes, and customs fees are the full responsibility of the customer. These charges vary by country and are not included in your purchase or shipping cost.

Changes & Cancellations
Because each order is processed individually and often made to order, all sales are final. We do not accept cancellations, returns, or exchanges unless the item arrives with a manufacturing defect.
